• Go to our Contact us page and “Submit a Ticket”. Mention the theme license and license key
• Message should have
  • Login details of your CPANEL (Hosting Panel) and WHM Panel.
  • Do we need to create a new domain?
  • Mention the domain name.

Deliverables:

Once we have the ticket then our technical team will do the following:

• Update WordPress every month
  • Update WordPress Theme
  • Update WordPress Plugin
• Configure Monthly DB backup
