Contact support and they assisted me directly and really quickly by solving the issue I had. As a side note for new users, it is important to first install WooCommerce before installing this plugin. Nitesh helped me and I have to admit it was the best support ever – I was especially surprised by the professional support on a free version.

This is a great plugin which makes holding the auctions on my site really easy, highly recommended. Even just the basic version is very useful on it’s own.
