Their response and support has been amazing, not only replying in a timely manner, but also offer different suggestions to try to solve a particular problem.
Apart from that, they have also provided paid custom development for me, which worked to our specs!
As the UWAP plugin is an integral part of our site, I am glad to have a support team that is always there to help me when required!

I would give a five star but there were some issues with the plugin. However, the customer support was FANTASTIC! Very prompt without a long ticket system, and in short order they had all the issues resolved.
