Requested a feature, and it was added within a week.

I am new to this – and have tried other auction plugins, and while this one is also a bit complicated for my talents, the support team has helped me with my many questions and we are up and running. I would recommend this company for their support and what appears to be a very complete product.

This plugin (pro version) is well designed, well supported. So many plugins get left in the trash bin after they’re coded because the developer gets bored or moves on to another project.

These guys answer requests, make regular updates (the latest update was like three days ago) and have the best value in web auctions that we researched.

If you try to get this sort of performance and flexibility in a private company, you may end up paying a small fortune. It’s quite remarkable what you can do with this software. We’ve had it for a while, have only just started using it and learning it, but we are quite pleased with it.

We investigated five different options for auctions (some of which were incredibly expensive) and this was by far the best and the best value! Thanks for all your work, Nitesh.
